A rare honour for DAV Public Student

Amritsar, Sept 13 (Punjab Post Bureau)  – It was a matter of great pride for DAV Public School, Lawrence Road as Khyati, a student of Std–XII of the school was invited to 9^th Gyan Utsav –National Youth Summit – 2019 for her performance.

            The summit was organised by Paavan Chintan Dhara Ashram under the guidance of Shri Guru Pawan Sinha. The day one of the two day summit i.e September 7, 2019 was held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi where Khyati mesmerised the honourable President of India Sh. Ram Nath Kovind, Minister of State Youth Affairs & Games Kiren Rijju and Minister of HRD  Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank with her melodious patriotic songs.

                The second day of the summit i.e September 8, 2019 was held at ALT Centre Ghaziabad and was attended by Minister of Defence Sh. Raj Nath Singh, Minister of Road Transport and Highways V.K Singh, Celebrity Anchors, Ms. Nidhi Asthana and many other VIPs. Here in the 2^nd Mobile Film Festival which was a part of the National Youth Summit, she enthralled the audience with Kathak –Western Fusion dance and melodious patriotic songs .

                   It was a great honour for her to be one amongst the other performers from 10 states of the country who presented their culture on the stage.

                She received the highest accolades of the audience and was presented a certificate and a trophy for her dedication and fabulous performance.

                 Regional office Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra and the Manager of the school, Dr. Rajesh Kumar Principal DAV College Amritsar extended their heartiest congratulations to her and blessed her for her future endeavors.

              Dr. Neera Sharma, Principal of the school was ecstatic at the achievement of Khyati. She added that with dedication, deligence and devotion one can achieve the highest goals in life. She encouraged Khyati to be focussed and take her passion to greater heights.
