Khelo India Youth Games-2020′ – Selection Trials for Punjab Teams till Oct 19

Chandigarh, Oct 15 (Punjab Post Bureau) – “The ‘Khelo India Youth Games-2020’ are scheduled for Guwahati (Assam) from 10^th to 22^nd January 2020. The selection trials for the teams from Punjab are commenced on 13th October at the Sports Complex Sector-78 Mohali.

            Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Rana Gurmit Singh Sodhi said that on 13th October 2019 the trials for Basketball U-17 team of Boys and the U-21 Basketball team for both boys and girls and on 14th October trials in respect of Football U-17 team for boys at at Sector -78 Sports Complex has been compelted. Similarly the trials for Football U-21 boys and girls teams on today 15th October and Volleyball U-21 boys and girls teams on 17th October would be held at the above mentioned venue. The minister further said that the trials for selection of Boys and girls U-17 and boys U-21 team would take place on 18th and 19th October respectively at the International Hockey Stadium Sector – 63, Mohali.
