E-sanjeevani opd Beneficial for citizens during covid 19 pandemic – Civil Surgeon

Kapurthala, May 22 (Punjab Post bureau) – Due to covid 19 pandemic the Punjab Government has started E-sanjeevani opd. Civil Surgeon Kapurthala Dr. JasmeetBawa said that the aim of this facility is to provide uninterrupted health services to the public. She also added that through E-sanjeevaniopd patients can consult with doctors via video conferencing and seek medical advice according to the health problem. Esanjeevani opd aims to bring specialised health care services to the citizens of rural and urban areas while sitting at home. Besides this gynaecology services through esanjeevani opd is going to start from 1^stjune.

              DMC Kapurthala Dr. Sarika Duggal informed that this facility is also available in the COVA Punjab mobile application. She added that to avail the benefits a person should have a computer, laptop or a tablet along with webcam and speakers and access to internet connection.
