Dav Public School Dazzles with 99.2% in ihe CBSE XII Result
Amritsar, July 15 (Punjab Post Bureau) – It was time to celebrate at DAV Public School Lawrence Road though 
limited by social distancing, but the spirit could not be dampened. The remarkable result of CBSE – XII -2020 speaks volumes about the dedication and diligence of the school.
Bhavya Shingari has created a niche by scoring 99.2% in Arts followed by Bhanvi Khanna and Nonika Mahajan who shine at 98.6% & 98.4% respectively in Arts.
Three students Hardik Vyas of Science Stream, Aruna Sharma and Kanishka Chopra of Commerce Stream are sharing the same spot at 97.8% . 408 students appeared for the exam and the school created a history with all students securing above 60 % marks. Another feather in the cap was added by 173 students securing 90% and above.
Felicitations started pouring in from all. The President of DAV CMC New Delhi and Chairman of the school Padma Shree Dr. Punam Suri expressed his jubilance at the stupendous achievement by the students. He sent his choicest blessings for all of them.
On this occasion J.P Shoor Director PS–I and Aided Schools, said that the students of the school have always created new benchmarks and he wished to see the school progressing with leaps and bounds in future also.
Regional Officer Punjab Zone – A Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra and the Manager of the school Dr. Rajesh Kumar Principal DAV College Amritsar were ecstatic at the lustrous achievement of the students. They congratulated the teachers for their patience and diligence. They motivated the students to always do their best whenever they go.
The Principal of the school Dr. Neera Sharma thanked Almighty for the dazzling result. She joined the students in their celebration and wished them good luck in their life.
