Police will ensure implementations of fresh guidelines at ground in a strict way
Kapurthala, December 3 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Deputy commissioner kapurthala Deepti Uppal and SSP Kanwardeep kaur today reviews the covid control steps taken by the health department and Police along with SDMs of all 4 sub divisions.
oday addressing the all SMOs here at meeting hall in DAC, Deputy commissioner has asked the civil surgeon Dr Surinder Kumar and SMOs to ensure speed up testing as the health department and medical experts has repeatedly suggest more alertness in this season to avoid the second wave of covid.
The health officials has informed that the district have crossed the one lakh testing besides distributing 559 fateh kits to home isolated persons out of 1000 kits.
Deputy commissioner also asked to ensure 100 % sampling of persons with comorbid conditions. The health officials informed that persons with Comorbid conditions were tested 40 % in august, 77 % September and 108 % in November.
Deputy commissioner also asked to chalk out the Comprehensive plan for ensure sampling of all Government employees by visting Government offices besides students at ITIs and colleges students who are coming to institutes for casses.
Speaking in the meeting SSP kapurthala said that the police will ensure the proper implementation of covid protocol at bottom level including mask wearing, night restrictions from 10 to 5 AM in urban areas.
