Cultural Programme organized at SGHPS, G.T. Road

Amritsar, 14 March (Punjab Post Bureau)-A cultural programme was organized on the eve of Annual day of Pre-Primary section in which students were awarded who excelled in the academic session 2013-14. The chief guest of the show was S. Nirmal Singh, Resident President, CKDCS who gave away the prizes and the function was presided over by S. Rajmohinder Singh Majithia and S. Narinder Singh Khurana Hony. Secy. Chief Khalsa Diwan, who appeared and encouraged the students. Our worthy Principal/Director Dr. Dharam Veer Singh Ji welcomed the dignitaries and read the Annual Report and highlighted achievements of the school. The programme commenced with the blessings of Almighty with Shabad Gayan followed by welcome dance. Children enacted choreography namely “Chanda Mama”. Lastly, children tapped their feet on hit number ‘NachoNacho’ which enthralled the audience. At the end of the programme, vote of thanks was proposed by our respected supervisor Mrs. KiranjotKaur.Other dignitaries present on the occasion were S.
