Ferozepur, Amritsar and Tarn Taran teams conducts Joint Excise raid

Amritsar, December 13 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Today joint Excise  raid by Ferozepur, Amritsar and Tarn Taran teams has been conducted in the enclaves of confluence of beas and Sutlej in the surrounds of village Kirian & Mararh at Harike on the directions of Sh Shalin Walia Deputy Commissioner Excise Jalandhar Zone, under the supervision of AC(X) ASR range Sh Sukhchain Singh, E.O. Tarn Taran Navjot Bharti & E.O. ASR-1 Hemant Sharma and EIs Tarn Taran  Amrik Singh, Jatinder Singh, E.I Asr Bikramjeet Bhullar and E.I Zira Gurbakhash Singh, Excise police force of Ferozepur and Tarantaran participated in this raid. During this raid approximately 1,12,000 Kgs of lahan ,180 litres of Illicit liquor recovered and destroyed on the spot being unclaimed. 35 tarpaulins, 04 iron drums, 01 Plastic drum, one working still have been taken into custody.
