Sewa of floor & guarders done at Har Ki Paurhi at Sri Harmandar Sahib

Amritsar, January 17 (Punjab Post Bureau) – The old floor under the golden shed at the holy place Har Ki Paurhi at Sri Harmandar Sahib has been replaced with a new one. Notably, under the shed installed at this place, there were iron guarders which have now been replaced with the steel ones. Similarly, the wooden floor at the Har Ki Pauri has been replaced.

               Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) handed over this Sewa (voluntary service) to Baba Pradeep Singh Badhni Wale. SGPC President Harjinder Singh Dhami and prominent personalities attended this Sewa.

                    Harjinder Singh Dhami informed that Har Ki Paurhi at Sri Harmandar Sahib is a place of devotion for the Sangat.

               He said under the shed installed at this place, there were iron guarders which were replaced as they had become old. He said this Sewa was performed by Baba Pradeep Singh in support of the Sangat.

                “New guarders of steel have been installed in place of iron so that they are not affected by the rust”, said SGPC President.

       He said that the devotion of the Sangat towards the Guru’s house is big and the Sangat largely participates in the services done here. SGPC President thanked Baba Pradeep Singh Badhni Wale and the Sangat.

            Those present on this occasion included SGPC executive committee member Gurinderpal Singh Gora, SGPC member Sukhharpreet Singh Rode, Manager Sri Darbar Sahib Gurinder Singh Mathrewal, manager Narinder Singh, Nishan Singh and more.
