Amritsar, Nov. 28 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Students of DAV Public School, Lawrence Road , Amritsar bagged First Position in a District Level Science Fair organised by NCERT and District Science Supervisor held at Jagat Jyoti Sen.Sec. School. The theme of the fair was “ Science and Maths for a Sustainable World”. The following students presented their models under two sub – themes and bagged first position for their innovative idea.

Regional Director Amritsar Zone Dr.(Mrs.) Neelam Kamra Principal BBK DAV College for Women and the Manager of the school Dr. K.N. Kaul Principal DAV appreciated the efforts of the teachers and students for developing scientific temperament among the students and encouraging them for research.
Dr. Neera Sharma Principal of the school congratulated the students and said that she was proud to see the students excelling in all fields and would like to see them grow into curious adults who question the things around and lead to innovative inventions.
