Department of Life Long Learing organized Workshop on Hair Style

Amritsar, June 17 (Punjab Post Bureau) – The Department of Lifelong Learning of Guru Nanak Dev University in collaboration with VLCC Amritsar organised workshop on the topic “ Hair Style“. Prof Saroj Bala Director welcomed the team led by Mrs. Jasveen Kaur, Manager of tha Academy along with hair stylist. She apprised them about the different courses run by the department and asked to focus on the interaction during practical session for refinement of skills of students.

                The team demonstrated the different modern hairstyleswith Russian touch and motivated as well as trained the students to do it on their own peers.The students learnt professional skills to deal with clients. The trainer made the bun and even guided the process to do self hair styles in an easy way.This seminar piqued the interest of cosmetology students. During the training programstudents also asked questions and participated enthusiastically. Mrs. Tejpal Kaur and Miss Jaskaran Kaur skillfully organised the entire session and proposed vote of thanks to the entire team for their support and cooperation in future.
