Military Equipment and Military Band Display

Jalandhar,  January 25 (Punjab Post Bureau) – A weapon and equipment display was organised at Guru Nanak Dev University Ground, Amritsar by Panther Division under the aegis of Vajra Corps as part of Army and Republic Day celebration.

The program was conducted with the aim of generating and promoting patriotic fervor and pride for the country amongst the citizens and to showcase the might of Indian Army to motivate young boys and girls to choose the extraordinary career of Armed Forces as “The way of Life”. Martial tunes played by the military bands enthralled the visitors and infused sense of patriotism.

General Officer Commanding, Panther division also witnessed the display alongwith serving army personnel and various civil dignitaries. Large number of civilians, Ex-servicemen, college and school children attended the exhibition and display.
