Workshop on ‘How to crack CAT Exam at Khalsa College

Amritsar, October 1 (Punjab Post Bureau) – The PG Department of Commerce & Business Administration Khalsa College Amritsar organized a workshop on “CAT EXAM: How to crack it”. Arranged in collaboration with Career Guidance Cell, the event resource person Gautam Aggarwal, Head, Career Launcher highlighted the opportunities available and how to select and study the best material to crack the exam, said Principal Dr. Mehal Singh.

He said the to Colleges including IIMs, FMS Delhi, MDI Gurgaon, XL RI Jamshedpur, SP Jain Mumbai and the students must channelized their energies to get admissions in these institutions. He said the students require a rigorous study plan and an effective exam strategy. He supplemented that  to reach the top percentiles, some measures the students must take diligently during their CAT preparation such as understand the syllabus and exam pattern.

He stressed on Study Plan, Attempt Mock Exams and Practise Previous Papers and also prepare for the most frequently asked concepts. Simultaneously, they will be able to check your preparedness and test their exam strategy. HoD Dr. AK  Kahlon said there are numerous career opportunities for commerce students. Dr. Mehal Singh said “When you gain confidence in yourself, dreams come true.”
