On Second day Skits, One Act Play were attraction of Zonal Youth Festival of “A-Zone”

Amritsar, October 27 (Punjab Post Bureau) – On the second day of the  three-day Zonal Youth Festival of “A-Zone” of Guru Nanak Dev University the items of Skits, One act play were main attraction in which social evils, comedy and messages were dominating.

In this festival as many as 800 student artists from various colleges of Amritsar District are participating. This festival will be concluded on 28th October 2023.

Today the events of Costume Parade, Mime, Mimicry, Skit, and One Act Play we’re held  at the Dashmesh Auditorium. In Guru Nanak Bhawan the competition of Group Shabad/Bhajan, Group Song Indian, Geet/Gazal, and Folk Song. Simultaneously, in the Architecture Department stage the competition of  Rangoli, Phulkari, Mehandi, and Poster Making were held. In the Conference Hall the Poetical Symposium, Elocution, and Debate competitions were organised.

Dr. Amandeep Singh Incharge Youth Welfare Department shared that on October 28th the festivities will continue with a range of events, including Gidha, Classical Dance, Group Dance and in the Conference Hall – Quiz Competition will be held.
