CKDCS celebrates 66th Republic Day at Sri Guru Harkrishan International School

Amritsar, Jan. 26 (Manjit Kaur) – CKDCS celebrated 66th Republic day at Sri Guru Harkrishan International School, Ranjit Avenue on 26th January with full zeal and fervor. S Charanjit Singh Chadha, President CKDCS, presided over the function as Chief Guest. S Narinder Singh Khurana was the Guest of Honour. S. Pritpal Singh Sethi, S. Manmohan Singh, S. Gurbax Singh, Dr. Baljinder Singh, S. Jaswinder Singh Advocate, S. Surinderpal Singh Walia, Dr. Jaswinder Singh Dhillon, Er. Jaspal Singh, S. Jatinderbir Singh, S. K. S. Sandhu, S. Satwinder Singh Mattewal attended the function. The Chief Guest threw light on the importance of Republic Day and highlighted the Rights and duties of an Indian Citizens. Children presented the cultural programme. The whole school was decorated in tri color.

The function started with the hoisting of flag by the Chief Guest. Students of Sri Guru Harkrishan International School presented the mesmerizing cultural programme. Member Incharge S. Nirmal Singh welcomed the guests and advised the students to be  true citizens. Mrs. Amrapali Member In charge thanked the guests and appreciated the program presented by the students. Principal Ms. Ripudaman Malhotra showed her gratitude towards all the guests and Members In charge for their co-operation and support. Chief Guest and Guest of Honour gave away the prizes to the students who performed at National Level competitions. The Chief Guest S. Charanjit Singh Chadha gave the best wishes to all on the birth anniversary of Baba Deep Singh ji . The Member Inchargehonoured the Chief Guest and Guest of Hounour by giving them lucky bamboos as token of love. It gave the message to be eco friendly and preserve the environment. The function ended with the National Anthem.
