BBK DAV College bagged top positions in Bachelor of Multimedia Sem-VIII

Amritsar, July 29 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Once again the girls of BBK DAV College for Women brought laurels to the institution. The students of BBK DAV College for Women from Department of Multimedia bagged top university positions in Bachelor of Multimedia Semster-VIII.

Ferry Sachdeva stood 1^st  in University by scoring  5539/5850 marks, Nisha Bhopal stood 2^nd in University by scoring 5509/5850 marks, Sheena Dhingra stood 3^rd in University by scoring 5503/5850 marks & Aanchal Devgan stood 4^th in University by scoring 5447/5850 marks.

Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra, HOD, Multimedia Department, Mr. Sanjeev Sharma & faculty of Multimedia applauded the students and motivated them to further maintain their positions.

The department of Multimedia has been successfully able to maintain top university positions till date. The department has introduced new vocational course B.Voc in Entertainment Technology under NSQF (National Skill Qualification Framework) and has been granted Rupees Two Crore by UGC. B.VOC in Entertainment Technology provides skill based education and internship to students. Department of Multimedia also has excellent placement records. Passed out students are working with the country’s best production houses, TV Channels & IT Companies.
