TCS steps into CKD Institute of Management & Technology

Amritsar, Sept. 17 (Punjab Post Bureau) –  As a mark of glory and pride, it was indeed a matter of honour for the students of CKD Institute of Management & Technology (CKDIMT), Amritsar when the prestigious TCS-Tata Consultancy Services lay forth its programs under the brilliant guidance of Ms. Harkiran Kaur, Assistant System Engineer, TCS from Chennai. She shared ‘TCS Ignite Programme’ with BCA students of CKDIMT which helps them in cracking the TCS employment exam to initiate their career in the top multinational company TCS. She also explained to the students how to improve their programming skills, aptitude tests as well as how to prepare for placement interview and group discussion. In an extensive interactive session she gave a detailed knowledge about the IT industry as well as about career prospects in TCS. She further added that on successful completion of the exam, the students would be placed with the company. The successful outgoing students of BCA final year would be offered immediate placement and the rest would be put under training. Earlier Dr. Baljindar Singh, Member Incharge and Principal Dr.H.S.Sandhu welcomed and felicitated TCS Executive. Mr. Paramjit Singh Makkar, (Dean Placements) CKDIMT thanked Ms. Harkiran for her valuable session with the students. Also present on the occasion were Prof. Opinder Sing , Prof. Simranjit Kaur and Prof. Navjeet Singh.
