BBK DAV College got Runner-up position in GNDU Inter College Badminton Championship

Amritsar, Sept. 25 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Badminton Team of BBK DAV College for Women got Runner-up position in GNDU Inter College Badminton Championship held at GNDU Campus from 7^th to 9^th Sept, 2015. College team won the position by defeating Khalsa College, Amritsar with a score of 21-10 & 21-12. Ritika Mehra & Sargun Kaur selected for all India Intervarsity Badminton Championship which is going to be held at Rohtak from 30^th September to 4^th October, 2015. Other team members are Nitya, Nikita and Jaspreet.

Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra, Mrs. Sweety Bala H.O.D Sprots Department facilitated the efforts of the students and motivated them to maintain the good position in future as well. Ms. Savita Kumari & Ms. Rajwant Kaur teachers of the sports department and Badminton Coach Mr. Dalip Kumar congratulated the students for their achievement.
