BBK DAV wins GNDU Inter College Swimming 2nd Runner up position

Amritsar, Oct. 9  (Punjab Post Bureau) –  Swimming team of BBK DAV College for Women won the GNDU Inter College Swimming 2^nd Runner up position by getting 27 points, held at GNDU Campus, Amritsar from 14-15, September, 2015. Ms. Bevi won Silver Medal 400 mt IM and also won Three Bronze medals in 800mt free style, 400mt free style & 100mt free style event. Ms. Sunaina won Three Bronze Medals in 50mt butter stock and 200mt free style event. Ms. Neha won Bronze Medal in 50mt butter stock. Team won Gold Medals in 4X200 mt free style relay and team also won two silver medals 4 X100mt free style relay and 4X100 medlay Releay. Others team members are Neha, Jyoti & Priyanka. Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra, Mrs. Sweety Bala H.O.D, Sports Department felicitated the students and motivated them to maintain the good position in future as well. Ms. Savita Kumari and Ms. Rajwant Kaur teachers of the sports department congratulated the students for their achievements.
