DC Appoints Assistant Commissioner Grievances as Nodal Officer

People can register complaints over phone or email

Amritsar, January 20 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Deputy Commissioner Mr. Ravi Bhagat has appointed Assistant Commissioner (Grievances) as Nodal Officer to receive and resolve the public grievances pertaining to public services. Giving details in this regard Mr. Bhagat said that each and every department of Punjab Government will depute Nodal Officer in district with a view to resolving Public Grievances pertaining to public services. He said that in compliance with the directions of Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal has Nodal Officers are being appointed in the district. He said that Assistant Commissioner (Grievances) Mrs. Amandeep Kaur, PCS, will receive and resolve public complaints as Nodal Officer. He said that people can approach her office and register their complaints, if any, through telephone number and e-mail address. He said that these authorities will ensure the resolving of complaints without any delay. Mr. Bhagat said that public can approach Nodal Officer in her office, through telephone numbers 0183-2225722, 2226767 or via e-mail address acgrasr@gmail.com during any working day.
