DAV Public School Teaher Second in National  Bhajan Competition

Amritsar, Mar. 14 (Punjab Post Bureau) – A National level Bhajan Competition was organised recently by Arya Pradeshik Pratinidhi Sabha,  New Delhi recently. In this competition as many as 150 participants participated  from all over the country. The competition had two  rounds.Mr. Narinder Kumar from  Music Department of DAV Public School, Lawrence Road bagged the  Second Position in the final round. It was a moment of pride as he won this position for the second time in a row. He was awarded a certificate and a cash prize  of Rs.7500/- .The judges , who were eminent professors from the Music Department of Delhi University praised  his performance. They said that it was  a tough competition as the first prize winner was from Kolkata was ahead by only two marks. Mr.Narinder Kumar was accompanied by Mr. Lakhi Chand from Music Department of the school on Tabla. Regional Director Punjab Zone – A , Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra and the Manager of the school Dr. Rajesh Kumar , Principal DAV College Hathi Gate congratulated Mr. Narinder Kumar for his achievement. Dr. Neera Sharma Principal of school applauded the sincere efforts of  Mr. Narinder Kumar.
