DAV Students Outshined in the University Examinations-2016

Amritsar, 16 July (Punjab Post Bureau) – The students of DAV College Amritsar bagged top positions in the university examinations held in May 2016. The laurels were brought to the college by Students of BMM Sem-VI, Jahanavi Sethi bagged Fifth position in University and Second Position in District and Gurminder Kaur of same class bagged Sixth position in University and Third Position in District. Besides other students Roza Kamboj, Shubham Sharma, Madhav Khanna also achieved meritorious positions in university examinations. Principal Dr Rajesh Kumar congratulated the merit holders along with their proud parents; he added that the college is proud of achievements of the students and motivated them to keep it up. He also congratulated staff members of the department for their valuable efforts for the students. Dr Amardeep Gupta, Head, PG Department of Computer Science, Prof Vikram Sharma and Prof Renu Sharma also extended their heartiest congratulation to the students.
