NCC Cadets Carried Out Cleanliness under ‘Swach Bharat Abhiyan’ At Jalandhar

Jalandhar, Aug 12 (Punjab Post Bureau)- Taking a stride to ‘SWACH BHARAT ABHIYAN’  girl NCC Cadets of PCM SD College and KMV College Jalandhar participated in Swach Pakhwara Campaign at Ramesh Colony (Ladowali Road) and carried out cleaniness drive.  The event was organized under the aegis of 2 Punjab Girls Battalion NCC Jalandhar.

                  A lecture on Health and Hygiene was also given by the Cadets and  NCC Staff to make the residents of the colony aware about the cleanliness and also highlighted the importance of “ Swach Bharat Abhiyan” to them. The whole colony  and its garden was cleaned by the cadets  and NCC staff with the support of the residents of the colony. The residents of the colony encouraged the Cadets and thanked NCC unit for the cleanliness campaign.
