
Amritsar, October 17 (Punjab Post Bureau) – This is great pleasure for us that Indian born Mr. Yuvraj Joshi is the first INDIAN who made the history by getting approval from USA OLYMPIC. He is the first PERSON from his state Massachusetts, first INDIAN in USA history who is affiliated by USA OLYMPICS.
`Mr. Brajesh Jolly General Secretary ISKA said that Mr. Yuvraj Joshi traveled almost all the world & get trained with world famous Masters. Then he moved to Arlington (Massachusetts State in USA). He received his Sandan (Degree) from AIKF, Judge Certificate from AIKF (All India Karate Do Federation), Nidan F (degree) rom JKA (Japan Karate Association) & third DAN from World Karate Federation. He got Bronze medal in team Kumite at JKAWF NATIONAL Santa Fe (NEW MAXICO-USA).
Mr. Yuvraj Joshi started his SHOTOKAN training with Sensei Khoibi Slam ( Manipur 1990) than moved to his Hometown Ludhiana in 1993 with purple Belt and then for his higher training back & Forth to New Delhi under Sensei Rajesh Ahuja (Gen Secretary of JKA INDIA) and in Amritsar with Sensei Gopal Krishan (one of his best friends and teacher also), said `Mr. Brajesh Jolly.
Mr. Brajesh Jolly said Mr. Yuvraj in JKA since 1989 in Manipur team. He received many medals in tournaments as well as a Judge. He was the General Secretary of Ludhiana Karate Do Association and is Vice President of ISKA (International Shotokan Karate-Do Association) Amritsar. Now he is President of Boston Karate Institute Arlington Ma. He was the team Manager for JKA Chicago Team 2011. He attended many training Seminars in India and demonstrated with foreign Instructors as well judging in Tournaments.
Mr. Brajesh Jolly wished Mr. Yuvraj Joshi Good luck to his future Journey as International Olympic Committee announced at Brazil Olympic that Karate will be included in 2020 Japan Olympics. Sensei Joshi also confirmed the appointment of Sensei Gopal Krishan (Chief Instructor of ISKA) as Technical Director of Boston Karate Institute. (USA).
