Amritsar, November 7 (Punjab Post Bureau)- The ValuerHR E-Solutions Private Ltd., Chandigarh, a multinational company has established an R&D and Data Analytics Centre at Guru Nanak Dev University with a core objective to impart a lifetime skill in Trading Financial Markets. Under this Centre, the company is providing training to students of MCA, MBA, M.Com., MBE, M.Sc. Economics, B.Tech. CSE and B.Tech. ECE of the University and it’s regional campuses in Forex Trading and Trader Insight, which will expand University students’ career options in different trading environments like Derivatives, Stocks, and Commodities Trading.This company has selected one University student Mahinder Pal Shori of MBA FYIC 3rd Semester for 2 weeks training at Singapore office of ValeurHR. His Stay and training arrangement will be borne by the company and he will get real time exposure in forex trading. Similarly, the company has also selected another 10 students as Student Intern – R&D and Data Analytics Centre Program. These 10 students are being paid Rs. 10,000 per month stipend during their stay at the University.
In a special meeting held with Vice Chancellor Prof. Ajaib Singh Brar, Dr. Palwinder Singh, Prof.-in-Charge Placement, Dr. Bikramjeet Singh Mann – Head of Department of University Business School and Dr. Amit Chopra, Asstt. Placement Officer, Mr. Sudhir Singh, Chief Product Officer, ValuerHR E-Solutions Private Ltd. appreciated the performance of the University students, specially Mahinder Pal Shori. He said that the company will provide free internship to students. The students who will perform well during internships will be hired by the company directly. Prof. Brar said that such type of selections will be very useful for the students of MBA and help them to build their career. He said that many more such activities for different courses are in the pipeline in near future.
