BBK DAV Bags Runners-Up Position in Gndu Inter-College Ball Badminton Championship

Amritsar, Dec 10 (Punjab Post Bureau)  – Ball Badminton team of BBK DAV College for Women, got the runners-up position in the GNDU Inter-College Ball Badminton Championship held at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. College team gave a splendid show by defeating HMV College, Jalandhar. Team members were Ms. Rajwinder Kaur, Manjit Kaur, Sarabjeet Kaur, Mandeep Kaur, Namasatdeep Bobby, Kamaljit Kaur, Jasdeep Kaur and Kiranjit Kaur. Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia congratulated the young achievers and motivated them to maintain their performance in future as well. She added that the college players have always made a mark in various championships and, as a result, BBK DAV is a forerunner in sports. Mrs. Sweety Bala, Head, Department of Physical Education, along with other faculty members, felicitated the players on their achievements.
