Pingalwara Bhagat Puran Singh School for Deaf won 13 medals in 5th National games

Amritsar, January 21 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Bhagat Puran Singh School for the Deaf of Pingalwara Amritsar represented Punjab State and won 13 medals in Fifth National games for the Deaf and Blind organized at Gurgaon (Haryana) from 14^th to 18^th January 2016. Total 8 States took part in the competition.

According to press release here today Pingalwara Chief Bibi Inderjit Kaur said that 16 students from Gursharn Pal Singh, lovepreet Singh, Sahil and  SimranjitKaur won Gold Medals, Arshnoor Singh, Amritpal, Harmandeepkaur and Anil won the silver medals and Banwarilal, Upasna, Jyoti, Parminderkaur and Teena received Bronze medals.  The school students are under regular training by the Judo coach Karamjit Singh.
