Placement drive held at DAV College

Amritsar, January 25 (Punjab Post Bureau)- The placement and training cell of the DAV College successfully invited the renowned company TCS IGNITE for the Placement, in which around 272 students from the various streams of Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, Non Medical and Economics belonging to different colleges of Punjab, Himachal Pardesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Delhi.

The drive was held at College Campus. The team of nine members consisting of HR’s and Associate consultants who conducted Technical rounds headed by Mr Murlitharan including Ms Priyanka, Ms Dolly, Ms Bhuvan, Ms Geeta, Ms Chitra, Prabhjot Kochhar, Mr Ashish and Geetha.  The objective behind conducting this drive was to find appropriate candidates for the post of software developers etc. Principal Dr Rajesh Kumar congratulated Dr Amardeep Gupta, In charge of the Placement Cell and other members of the cell, Dr Daziy Sharma, Administrator, Dr. Laxmikant, Dr. Kamal Kishore and Prof Arif Nazir for their sincere efforts to provide campus placements to the large number of students.  He also wished best of luck to all the 272 students who got selected for the various posts.
