Charanjit Chadha expressed great pleasure for Amritsar visit of Canadian Defence Minister Mr. Sajjan

Amritsar, April 17 (Punjab Post Bureau)  – President Chief Khalsa Diwan Charanjit Singh Chadha expressed great pleasure for the Amritsar visit of Canadian Defence Minister Harjit Singh Sajjan on 20^th April 2017. Extending heartiest welcome to him Chadha said that acquiring such a high position by Harjit Singh Sajjan in Canada administration is a matter of great privilege and honor not only for Punjabis but for the whole Sikh community. Harjit Singh Sajjan is an efficient, successful and dedicated Sabat Surat Sikh who always stays connected to his roots while following principles and maryada of Sikh and is a role model for Sikh youth. Being a Sikh, he has performed commendable services for the Sikh community in Canada and worked for the high esteem of the Panth, said president Chadha.  Chadha hoped that Harjit Singh Sajjan would surly grace  the  Conference with his presence as a Chief Guest in 67^th Chief Khalsa Diwan World Sikh Educational Conference scheduled to be organized at Canada in 2018 and extend all possible assistance and co operation to promote the all round progress of Sikh Society and culture at global level. He also requested him to spare some time to visit Chief Khalsa Diwan Charitable society during his visit for paying obeisance at Sri Darbar Sahib (Golden Temple).
