Amritsar, April 21 (Punjab Post Bureau) – ValeurHR E-Solutions Private Ltd., a multinational company has established an R&D and Data Analytics Centre at Guru Nanak Dev University with a core objective to impart a lifetime skill in Trading Financial Markets last year. The company is providing training to students of various courses of the University and its regional campuses in Forex Trading and Trader Insight, which will expand University’s students’ career options in different trading environments like Derivatives, Stocks, and Commodities Trading.
Dr. Amit Chopra, Asstt. Placement Officer added that this initiative a great way to allow students to work on data analytics in real time without affecting their study hours. The students learn a new life skill and earning opportunity during their stay in the campus. As per information received from ValeurHR, 9177 students from the University have registered on their portal out of which 407 have performed exceptionally well. In all, these students have earned more than Rs. 15 Lakhs in a short span of period while doing their studies.
The company has also selected 5 University students for 2 weeks training at Singapore office of ValeurHR. Travel, stay and training arrangement was borne by the company. The students learnt a lot with real time exposure in data analytics. The company has also selected 16 students as Student Intern – R&D and Data Analytics Centre Program. These 16 students are being paid Rs. 10,000 per month stipend during their stay at GNDU. Mr. Bikramjeet Singh, Vice President – Business Process Management, ValuerHR E-Solutions Private Ltd. appreciated the performance of GNDU students in front of Dr. Palwinder Singh, Prof.-in-Charge Placement and Dr. Amit Chopra, Asstt. Placement Officer. Mr. Sudhir said that the company will provide free internship to students. The students who will perform well during internships will be hired by the company directly.
