Best Presentation Award to GNDU research scholar

Amritsar, April  21 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Sandip Singh, a Ph.D. student of Department of Botanical and Environmental Sciences of Guru Nanak Dev University got Best Presentation Award (Award of Achievement) in recently held International Conference on Integrated Solid Waste Management Practices in Developing Countries organized by CSIR-National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-NEERI), in Nagpur, Maharashtra. He gave oral presentation of his paper titled “Analysis of metal contents in soils of Punjab and their ecological risk assessment”. He is working under the supervision of Prof. Avinash Kaur Nagpal, Dean Faculty of Life Sciences of the University.
