KCW’s 12 students get Placements

Amritsar, May 15 (Punjab Post Bureau) – At least twelve students of Khalsa College for Women (KCW) got placements for jobs during on the campus recruitment through the Chandigarh based IT company.  Principal Dr. Sukhbir Kaur Mahal said that the Touchstone Educationals which is a leading institute in English Programmes offering end to end services for IELTS, PEARSON TEST and TOEFL preparation, Business English, Student Visa Counselling, Interview Preparation and Personality Development has given jobs to the students.

            While congratulating the students she said the team from the company visited the KCW campus and during the recruitment process they accessed students of final semester of BCA/Bsc (IT)/B.Com/B.Sc/M.Sc for various opportunities in the organization.“Their current requirements comprises of hiring Trainers and Counsellors for their various centers in Punjab’’, she said. College provides the pre placement training to the interested students every year to increase their potential. A pre placement talk was presented to the candidates followed by the one to one interaction and interviews, she said congratulating placement in charge Manjit Singh for organizing the placement drive.
