Lecture on Traffic Rules in Army College of Nursing

Jalandhar, Jun 24 (Punjab Post Bureau) – ASI Shamsher Singh Incharge of Traffic Education Cell Jalandhar

delivered a lecture-cum-seminar for the staff and students of Army College of Nursing, Jalandhar Cantt. During his address, he also briefed the audience about the various road/traffic signs. He stressed that if the traffic signs are followed, the road accidents can be reduced and precious lives saved. He explained in explicit manner using day to day examples and reciting poems, which enthralled the audience.

Besides, staff and students of the college, Dr. (Mrs.) Baljit Kaur, Principal and Col. Daljit Kumar (Retd.), Registrar, Army College of Nursing, Jalandhar Cantt also attended the seminar.  At the end,  Registrar of the college thanked the Traffic Police Department, Jalandhar specially Shri Parveen Kumar Sinha, IPS, Commissioner Police, Jalandhar, Shri Rajinder Singh, DCP Jalandhar, Shri Rabinder Singh Bhalla, ACP Traffic, Jalandhar and ASI Shamsher Singh for arranging the lecture in the college and requested them to organize the same periodically in the college.
