Amritsar, Feb. 3 (Punjab Post Bureau) – With the blessings of Padma Shree Dr. Punam Suri (President D.A.V CMC,
New Delhi) and under the able guidance of the Principal Dr. Mrs. Neera Sharma ji, the 508 students of Std- V presented their Annual Function Khat-Aaya-Hai at Urvi Auditorium today in two groups of morning and evening shows.
The Chief Guest for Morning Show was Mr Sandeep Rishi, ADC (General) Tarntaran and for the Evening Show was Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh, Inspector General of Police ATS (Intelligence) Punjab, and Guest of Honour for Evening Shoor was Dr. Deepak Shoor. The presentation offered an introspective and analytical representation of the social and environmental issues surrounding us and highlighted the solutions by providing a positive message. The children offered a colourful presentation of the theme, in the form of dramatics, song, dance and music all weaved together seamlessly and thoughtfully. The show was highly appreciated and applauded by everyone present.
Regional Director Punjab Zone-A Dr. (Mrs.) NeelamKamra praised this initiative by the young students and exhorted them to strive harder for excellence and imbibe good values for becoming model citizens of the future.The manager of the school Dr. Rajesh Kumar, gave his blessings, and told the children to focus on success and never be discouraged by small disappointments
