Amritsar, Aug 1 (Punjab Post Bureau)- Smiling faces were seen in, when Post Graduate Department of Commercial Art MA Sem-IV result was declared by Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. Ms. Mani Malhotra secured Ist Position in GNDU, Ms. Kirandeep stood 2nd in GNDU. They both secured their positions in all the four semester with the help of their Head of Department & Staff. This department gives professional training and prepares students for both manual designing and computer graphics.
Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra congratulated the staff and students for the same and wished them for a brighter and a successful future. Mr. Sundeep Zutshi, HOD Commercial Art Department briefly explained the avenues of the subject. After completing this course under the guidance of the competitive staff, students can enter into the advertising market as illustrators, Graphic Designers, Visualizers, Professional Fashion Photographers etc and start getting handsome salary packages from the publication houses, TV Channels, Newspapers, Printings Production Houses, Book Publishers, and Fashion Houses etc. This course not only gives them opportunity for good lucrative jobs but builds their professional skills also to run their own show as Graphic Designer, Web Developers and animators.
