Poster Making Competition organized at DAV College

Amritsar, August 10 (Punjab Post Bureau) – PG Department of Physics DAV College organized a poster making competition under the Ages of Star College Scheme sponsored by DBT, Government of India. Students displayed thematic posters with full zeal and enthusiasm. Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar congratulated Dr. Sameer Kalia Head department of Physics for organizing such student centric workshop that will help students to relax from their burdened schedule. He also motivated students to participate in mind enhancing activities because only healthy minds can create healthy society. Dr. Sameer Kalia Head Department of Physics encouraged the students to participate in upcoming events. While briefing about results, he said Shreya Chaurasia of BSc. ( CS) Sem1 got 1^st position, Mohit of BSc( CS) Sem V got 2^nd position and Paras of BSc. ( NM) Sem III  got 3^rd  position during the competition. Dr. Rajni Khanna, Dr. Anita Mahajan, Dr Neeru Gupta, Dr. Rajesh Kumar, Dr. Ajay Kumar, Dr. Maninder Kaur, Dr. Manpreet Kaur, Dr. Narinder Arora, Prof Rajiv Arora, Dr. Neerja Kalia, Dr. Vibha Chopra and Dr. Jagdish Kaur were also present during the event.
