Blood Donation Camp organized at Guru Nanak Dev University

Amritsar, Nov 27 ( Punjab Post Bureau) – A blood donation camp was organized by NCC unit of Guru Nanak Dev University & Guru Nanak Hospital Amritsar in association with 1st Punjab Battalion.  NGO Knowledge Villa and HDFC bank also cooperatied to organize this camp. A large number of NCC Cadets from various colleges and University campus participated. About 75 units of blood were collected during the camp.

        On the ocation, Brig. R.K Mour NCC group comander along with Col. R.D. Singh, CO 1st Punjab Battalion, motivated the NCC cadets by explaining the importance of blood donation and also donating blood. Lt. Anil Kumar ANO NCC Guru Nanak Dev University, Lt. Sukhpal Singh and Lt. Ajay Chohan were also present. All the donors were honored by giving them certificates, trophies and medals.
