Amritsar, Dec. 5 (Punjab Post Bureau) Pistol and Rifle Shooting team of BBK DAV College for Women, Amritsar won the GNDU Pistol Shooting & Rifle Shooting Inter College Championship held at GNDU Campus. Both teams gave a splendid show by defeating HMV College, Jalandhar, Khalsa College Amritsar and GNDU Cmpus. Ramandeep and Ayushi individually got 2nd & 3rd Position respectively in Pistol Shooting and Sukhmandeep & Kulwinder got 1st & 2nd position in Rifle Shooting. Eight Players Ramandeep, Ayushi, Monika, Sukhmandeep, Himanshi, Shailja, Rajni and Kulwinder are selected for All India Intervarsity Shooting Championship camp which going to be held at Patiala in the month of January, 2015. Other team members are Sarita & Sukhdeep. Princiapl Dr.(Mrs.) Neelam Kamra and Sports Department H.O.D Ms. Sweety Bala and teachers Ms. Savita Kuamri, Ms. Rupinder & Ms. Rajwant Congratulated the students for this achievement.
