BBK DAV College Sukhveen Kaur of Commercial Art Sem.-III grabbed first position in GNDU

Amritsar, Mar. 2 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Sukhveen Kaur of Post Graduate Department of Commercial Art Semester-III of BBK DAV College for Women grabbed first position in GNDU with 95% (380/400), Shikha and Chamanpreet stood 2^nd with 94.7% (379/400) respectively and Pooja stood 3^rd with 93% (373/400). This department gives professional training and prepares students for both Manual Designing, Graphic Designing & Photography.

Mr. Sundeep Zutshi, HOD, Department of Commercial Art briefly explained the avenues of the subject. After completing this course, students can enter into the advertising market as Illustrators, Graphic Designiers, Visualizers, Professional Fashion Photographers etc and start getting handsome salary packages form the publication houses, TV Channels, Printing Production Houses & Book Publishers etc. This course not only gives opportunity for good lucrative jobs but it builds their professional skills also to run their own show. Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra & Mr. Sundeep Zutshi Head of Department felicitated the students and motivated them to maintain the good work in future as well.
