Congressmen activists burnt an effigy of Smt. Sushma Swaraj under the leadership of Mr. Aujla

Amritsar, 16 June (Punjab post Bureau) –  Congressmen, activists, DCC (Rural) Amritsar members under the leadership of its president Gurjeet Singh Aujla today burnt an effigy of Union Minister for External Affairs Smt. Sushma Swaraj against the illegal support she provided to money laundering accused Lalit Modi in getting travel documents. Aujla said that money laundering accused Lalit Modi was known not only to Smt. ‪Sushma Swaraj, but also PM Shri Narendra Modi, BJP President Amit Shah & Finance Minister Shri Arun Jaitley. It is unlikely that the PMO was unaware that his government was extending favors to Lalit Modi. Since Smt. Sushma Swaraj’s intervention, on “humanitarian grounds”, money launderer Lalit Modi has been having a good time partying and traveling across the world.

Aujla asked the Prime Minister, Home Minister and Amit Shah that if tomorrow Dawood Ibrahim wants help on humanitarian grounds, will they help? He demanded that Smt. Sushma be suspended from the office of MEA and her name be entered into the list of suspects in money laundering cases.
