‘On the spot painting competition of senior classes held at KT: Kala

Amritsar, Sept. 29 (Punjab Post Bureau) –   “On the Spot Painting Competition of school students of class 9 to +2 was held today at KT:Kala Lawrence Road Extension. Director KT Kala Brajesh Jolly said that 90 students from 12 different schools of the city participated in this competition and there were two categories i.e. Category A 9^th and 10^th class and Category B +1 and +2 Class. Kausa Trust distributed a handsome gift to each participant besides refreshment (Juice, Sandwich and chips) and participation certificate. Cash prizes were given to the students who achieved first second third and consolation positions in each group and all special students who came from Bhagat Puran Singh School of Deaf and dumb.

Ms. Priyanka Sharma Head of Fine Arts Department, DAV Public School Amritsar, Professor Naresh Kumar of BBK DAV College  for Women, Amritsar and Brajesh Jolly selected the prize winners. They acted as Judge.    Senior artist Shri Atul Mehra was the Chief Guest and he distributed the prizes to the winners.

Dr. Baldev Gambhir, Sh. Rajesh Raina president of KAUSA Trust Asr. Mala Chawla, Gulshan Sadana, Dharminder Sharma, Nisha Mahajan, Sunita Munjal, Manju Kumari, Deepa Kumai and many other artists and art lovers were also present on the occasion.
