BBK DAV Players to Represent India in 15th World Women Softball Championship in Canada

Amritsar, Mar. 12 (Punjab Post Bureau)- Three softballers of the college Gaga
ndeep Kaur, Harpreet Kaur and Mandeep Kaur have been selected to participate in 15^th World Women Softball Championship going to be held at Surrey in Canada from 15^th to 24^th July 2016. The players are undergoing rigorous training in the coaching camp at Indore.

Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia applauded the efforts of the Department of Physical Education and said that the college has provided financial assistance to the players to attend the championship. She further added that the college has always encouraged the talent of such students.

Sh. Sudershan Kapoor, Chairman, Local Managing Committee, Mr. Salil Kapoor, Member, Local Managing Committee and Mrs. Sweety Bala, Head, Department of Physical Education, along with other faculty members, congratulated the students on their achievements.
