Mother’s Day celebrated in S.G.H.P.S Bhagtanwala

Amritsar, May 7 (Punjab Post Bureau) – To tap the inner talent of the students Sri Guru Harkrishan Public School, Bhagtanwala organised an Activity Day today to celebrate Mother’s Day which falls on the 2^nd  Sunday of  May. Students of different classes were given different activities such as making spoon holders, Jewellery boxes, photo frames and cards etc. An inter class activities of slogan writing was also organized to show respect and honour to the mothers.

Students took an active part and showed an excellent and extra ordinary response in these activities. They also recited poems and sang songs to show their love for their mothers. Principal Mrs. Jaspal Kaur addressed to the students and told them about the important role played by their mothers in their upbringing. Students showing excellent performance were awarded with prizes.
