Student group from Hiram College USA visited Guru Nanak Dev University

Amritsar, December 13 (Punjab Post Bureau)-  A group of eight students of different disciplines from Hiram College, United States of America visited the department of political science of Guru Nanak Dev University and interacted with the faculty, research scholars and students of the department.

Prof. Jagrup Singh Sekhon, head of the department said that the major area of discussion with the faculty was their keen interest in history, politics and society of past and contemporary Punjab. It was followed by one to one interaction with the scholars and students of the department. This is the second visit of the US students in the last two years. The students were led by Dr. Jugdep Singh Chima Assistant Professor Department of Political Science Koritansky Hall, Hiram College USA.
