Inauguration of 3-D Lab in SGHPS G. T. Road

Amritsar, Dec 20 (Punjab Post Bureau)- A new state of 3-D Science Lab was inaugurated in the school. The Chief Guest on the occasion was Mr. R. J. Khanderao, Regional Officer, CBSE Panchkula who was given a warm welcome by President S. Charanjit Singh Chadha, Member Incharge of the School S. Harminder Singh, S. Navpreet Singh Sahni and Principal/Director Dr. DharamVeer Singh. The function began with the invocation of the school Shabad followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. A scintivating welcome dance presented by tiny tots set the stage on fire. S. Charanjit Singh Chadha  in his welcome speech said that the school has the best infrastructure in the city and the 3-D Lab is the first of its kind to cater the demands of the scientific concepts.

              Mrs. Harpreet Chatwal, Biology teacher demonstrated the working of the projector and said that it will give a deeper insight ito the concepts by showing 3-dimentional pictures and diagrams of the working internal organs of human body, the process of photosynthesis and other scientific experiments. Addressings the audience on this occasion Mr. Khanderao said that the school is continuously crossing the milestorens of success and providing ultra modern infrastructure, techno savy labs and other latest facilities to its students. He further said that 3-D Lab has been added as pearl to the existing efifice. He congratulated the management, principal and faculty members for setting up 3-D lab for the benefit of the students. The Chief Guest was honoured with a shawl and momento. Vote of thanks was proposed by S. Harminder Singh. The programme culminated with the National Anthem.
