Painting & Sculpture Exhibition of women artists inaugurated

Amritsar, July 21 (Punjab Post Bureau) – To foster, cultivate and promote the art in the region, Indian Academy of Fine Arts Amritsar had always been organizing the exhibitions.  Painting & Sculpture Exhibition by women artists of Amritsar Aakarshi Sahni, Bharti Malhotra, Pooja Mehra, Gursharn Kaur, Inderpreet Kaur, Kumud Dudeja, Kawaldeep Kaur, Anu Sharma, Saroj Sharma, Teena Sharma were exhibit of their work. Exhibition was inaugurated by Mrs. Tajinder Chhina. This exhibition will continue till July 23. The students of art will have to see the work of artists. All the schools & colleges are invited to see the work done by artists.

The exhibition is unique in itself. All the people of Amritsar should see the work of artists. The work is appreciable by public during the exhibition following renowned persons were present Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina President IAFA was very impressed to see the work of young Artists women of Amritsar. The artists who came to see the work includues Dr. P. S. Grover, Shivedev Singh, Gopal Kirodiwal, Narinder Singh Sculptor, O P Verma, Atul Mehra, Sanjay Sharma, Karamjit Singh. Dharminder Sharma.
