8 Students selected in Decathlon Placement drive at DAV College

Amritsar, Mar. 29 (Punjab Post Bureau) – The Placement and Training cell of the DAV College conducted a placement drive on March 19, 2018 in which renowned company Decathlon was invited for the Placement Drive. The placement drive was organized for the students of under graduate classes.  The HR and Technical team consisiting of  Mr. Nishchay Mehal and Mr. Ojjasvi Kapahi conducted the drive to select eligible candidates for the post of sports Advisor. About 255 students participated in this drive and among which they rolled out offer letters to 8 deserving students for the post of sports advisor. Dr Rajesh Kumar cherished the efforts of placement cell headed by Prof Vikram Sharma, Head Department of Computer Science &Information Technology for organizing such drives in the college and for providing opportunities to the students to earn their livelihood. Prof. Vikram Sharma, Incharge of the Placement Cell and Head department of Computer Science & IT passed his good wishes to the 8 students who got selected during this placement drive. Dr. Kamal Kishore, Prof. Sandeep Sharma, Prof Arif Nazir, Prof. Sania Sareen and Prof. Navneet were also present during the placement drive.
