Amritsar, Aug. 13 (Manjit Kaur)- For the holistic development of the students, CBSE has recently started online and offline ‘Writing Series’. Inviting entries from the students on the inspirational life of Sri Pingali Venkayya . This writing series was conducted from 5th to 11th August,2014 in which G.T. Road student of class XI, Madhavi Thakur won two cash prizes of Rs. 5000/- each . The Principal Dr. Dharam Veer Singh congratulated her and appreciated her efforts. He said that such activities advocate creative and supportive environment in schools. Children get inspiration from the selfless services of great men and women who have served the nation.
