DAV Public School Clinches Medals in Badminton

Amritsar, Aug. 28 (Punjab Post Bureau)- Four students of DAV Public School, Lawrence Road , Amritsar were selected to represent Amritsar in Punjab School Badminton Tournament held in Hoshiarpur recently. The school students performed excellently and U – 14 girls team bagged first position in the tournament and U – 14 (Boys) team bagged second position .

They have been selected for the National Camp for Badminton training.

In Amritsar School District U – 14 Boys and Girls Badminton Tournament 2014 – 15 held at Taylor  Road , Amritsar organized by District Education officer, the school team won Gold Medal in both Boys and Girls team .

Regional Director Amritsar Zone Dr.(Mrs.) Neelam Kamra Principal BBK DAV College for Women, Lawrence Road and the Manager of the school Dr. K.N.
