Shaheed Bhagat Singh Sewa Dal filed complaint against Actor Naseeruddin Shah

Delhi, Dec. 26 (Punjab Post Bureau) – NGO Shaheed Bhagat Singh Sewa Dal has filed a complaint to police was against Indian Actor Naseeruddin Shah in Delhi’s Vivek Vihar Police Station on 25th December 2018. Following the Anti-National Remarks by the senior and actor, off lately, Jitender Singh Shunty a prominent Social Worker and Founder of NGO Shaheed Bhagat Singh Sewa Dal (SBS Foundation), filed a police complaint against Shah.

Jitender Singh Shunty Said, “It is the same nation that gave him all the name, fame and money. Perhaps it was the love of us Indians towards his acting skills that made him attain the most prestigious Padma Bhushan, Padma Shri and three National Film Awards, conferred by the Government of India. He made his livelihood here, earned all the respect and awards here and now he is out in open to criticize his own nation. Naseeruddin Shah must understand that he is not just a common man, but a public figure, which influences many and must make his remarks sensibly. Now no matter how much he denies the charges now or tries to get away from the context of his remarks. What he meant is very much clear and very much anti-national, the consequence to which, very much could be seen in Pakistan Prime Minister, Imran Khan’s comments about India and Minorities, recently when he took a jibe on India, especially over the comments of Naseeruddin Shah. Mr. Shah instigated such baseless discussion and topic, on which Pakistan intervened for their ill minded reasons.
