BBK DAV College bagged 8 positions in Bachelor of Design Semester-VIII

Amritsar, Sept. 4 (Punjab Post Bureau)- With their sincere efforts and hardwork, the students of Bachelor of Design (Fashion Designing, Textile Designing, and Interior Designing) Semester-VIII of BBK DAV College for Women successfully generated a glorious result for session 2013-14 held under Guru Nanak Dev University. Vartika Mittal of Textile Designing secured Ist over all positions with 91.7% marks. Tamana Tuli, Sabha Mehra & Shriya Joshi of Interior Designing bagged IInd, IIIrd & IV positions securing 91.4%, 90.1% & 89.2% marks respectively. Surbhi Arora (Interior Designing) Sonali & Mannat Bajwa (Fashion Designing) & Priyanka (Textile Designing) secured 6^th, 7^th, 8^th, & 9^th position. Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra congratulated the staff and the students and wished them success in life. This course prepares the students as professional designers who have excellent record of placements in their respective specializations.
